Today s work consists a pipe for a customer know on the net as Tiger Dad. He like small Canadians and purchased one that I had at the Corps show in Richmond. He asked that I make him a good cross cut/ birdseye in time for Christmas. He ll have this to put in his stocking. It s a new finish I came up with to highlight the grain in this pipe.
The next two pipes maybe the last Christmas pipes I have to make for at least a week.Curt is doing some blasts today and Dave is finishing the Corals'.Enough to complete the John Hayes order and have some remaining stock for last minute Christmas gifts. I ll be getting to the small backlog of special orders and maybe make a few new pipes in the coming weeks.
The first pipe is an unusual Black and Tan and has been layed away for an ASP'er. Great grain on this one !
The next pipe is a one star Pristine that I ll be holding for my own stock.
