Todays work consists of a very lucky pipe. I m working on a radial straight grain for a customer. I went thru about 50 very old blocks this morning looking for one good enough and found one possibilty. I told him the odds of it being clean were slim at best. Here are some pix of the block:
The blcok worked perfectly clean , no flaws or pits. The results are a 4 Star , Pristine (Red-Gold) , Size 6
(Theres a pending hold on this pipe, until customer can review)
