Todays work consists of a couple more Hawkbills. These pipes were intended to be part of a 7 day set but sadly, the customer has been diagnosed with asthma and has to give up pipe smoking asnd while he offered to finish purchasing the set I expressed my condolences and relieved him of any obligation to it. The Poker-Hawk is designed by Greg Pease. However, we re still working on getting the shape exactly where it s supposed to be. We will also be working on other designs as time permits.
Extremely dense birdseye and tite cross grain. #7 has been sold from just a pix of it in it s uncompleted state but will be shown tomorrow .
